Full-price pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original tissue and box with all tags attached.

Email the atelier
Write to returns@getshiel.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.

Receive your return label
We send a prepaid label for UK and EU returns. International returns are at the customer's cost.

Re-pack with care
Place the piece back in its tissue, inside the matte-black SHIEL box. Tags must remain attached.

Refund within 7 days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt at the atelier.
Final sale
Archive pieces, sample-sale orders, and any item marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty pieces
If your piece arrives with a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
